Simran Ballani, a versatile individual pursuing a doctorate in her 50s with EIU in Paris, leads as a Pedagogical Director at CCE Finland, driving transformation in education and corporate sectors across Southeast Asia. She's a certified Happiness Coach from Berkeley, USA, mentoring professionals and executives, emphasizing self-care and unlocking potential. Simran also serves as a zonal head at the NGO ECDF, giving back to society. Tom Asbill

Jerrell (Tom) Asbill, the Educational Growth Manager at CCE Finland, brings over 25 years of experience in education, with expertise in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, Team Learning, and STEAM education rooted in Finnish pedagogy. Tom has worked at all educational levels and has a background in both business and education. He has previously taught and worked with migrant children and adults in McMinnville, Oregon, co-authoring educational grants to provide resources and free English courses for parents. Tom's dedication to education earned him a nomination as Oregon Teacher of the Year in 2014.
