Council for Creative Education (CCE) Finland in collaboration with Potter's Wheel cordially invites educators to participate and celebrate the creativity in Education. This year CCE is introducing ‘International Symposium In India On Developing Schools Creatively’ dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in education. We have a group of world-renowned educators and experts in the field of education who will be presenting their ideas about the Creativity of Education and education system, in general.

 

Who can attend?

 

Researchers and Teachers (pre-primary, primary, secondary and higher section), principals, educators, trainers, homeschooling parents, students from teacher education are welcome to present their ideas of creativity which can be used in teaching school subjects. Any education enthusiast can participate in this conference. We are also encouraging government representatives who can present government educational policies and their research. Paper or Poster Presentation is not mandatory for attending the symposium.

Presentation Formats

Call for Papers :

The participants are requested to send their abstract ( 300 words ) on any themes or a topic related to creativity. The covering page should include the participant's name, title, email  ID, phone number and name of the institute (if applicable). The abstract should reach us on or before  15th March 2020 on our email info@ccefinland.org with the subject "Your name-topic". The abstract should be sent in a word file. The author of the accepted paper will be notified by 25th March 2020.

 

Poster Presentations:

Guidelines for Poster presentation : Format: 300-word Abstract, Introduction, Method & Materials, Results, Tables & Figures, and Conclusions. Full Poster Size: 3’ x 4’ Border: 1/2 inch Poster Text size: Title - 80 pt., Sub-title – 72 pt. with author name(s), designation(s) department(s), Body text – 22-25 pt. Any clearly readable font can be used.

 

Creative Classroom:

A creative classroom is a 45-minute workshop in which participants will get the opportunity to present their creative ideas to the conference participants. 

The participants are requested to send their abstracts on any topic related to creativity in 300 words. The covering page should include the participant's name, title, email ID, phone number and name of the institute (if applicable). The ideas should reach us on or before 20th June 2020 on our email info@ccefinland.org. The ideas should be sent in word/pdf form.(FileName as: name_title of the idea (e.g Albert Ellis_Creativity & Digitalization). The acceptance notification will be sent within 3-4 days after receiving the abstract.

*The word limit (300) is strict for the abstract. Lengthy abstract may be rejected.

Paper/Poster Presentation or Creative Classroom is not mandatory for attending the conference.

 

CCE publishes symposium and conference proceedings along with all selected Papers.

Best Paper Award

 

Out of all received papers for the symposium, 3 best papers which are presented in the conference will be selected. These 3 people will get a chance to visit Finland to study the Finnish education system for 5 days. If the paper is written by more than one author, then the award will be given to the principal author. The accommodation, school fees, workshop fees, lunch and snacks, transportation for school visits will be taken care of by CCE. All the airfares, visa fees are to be borne by the awardees. The visa processing needs to be taken care of by the awardees.
