Overview
Experience Finland. Discover Finnish Education. Inspire Change.
The Teacher Innovation Camp in Finland is a practical and immersive learning experience that brings educators into the heart of Finnish education. Through school visits, expert-led workshops, and collaborative activities, participants explore how Finnish schools foster wellbeing, trust, student agency, creativity, and innovation.
The program includes visits to inspiring learning environments such as the iconic Oodi Central Library, classroom observations, phenomenon-based learning sessions, and specialized tracks in STEAM & Innovation or Early Childhood Education. Participants also engage in team innovation challenges and reflection activities designed to connect Finnish practices with their own educational contexts.
By the end of the camp, participants develop a personal Implementation Action Plan and leave with fresh ideas, practical strategies, international connections, and a deeper understanding of both Finland and Finnish education.
