By registering for or purchasing any CCE Finland service, participants and institutions agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

General Policy

CCE Finland is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs and services. Due to the planning, resources, and administrative commitments involved, refunds and cancellations are managed in accordance with the guidelines below. All requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.

Programs, Training, and Events

  • Cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of applicable administrative fees.

  • Cancellations requested within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend or participate in a program, training, or event without prior written notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

Accreditation & Certification Fees

  • Fees paid for accreditation, certification, application reviews, assessments, or evaluations are non-refundable, as these services involve professional review, documentation processing, and expert engagement.

  • If an application is withdrawn by the applicant after submission, no refund will be issued.

Digital Products and Learning Materials

  • Fees for digital resources, online content, toolkits, learning materials, or downloadable products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, digital certifications, online modules, and program materials.

Preschool Boxes and Physical Products

  • For physical products (e.g., SISU – Finnish Preschool Box), cancellations must be requested before shipment to be considered for a refund.

  • Once products have been shipped, refunds are not available, except in cases of verified defects or errors in delivery.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling and Transfers

  • At CCE Finland’s discretion, participants may request to reschedule or transfer their registration to a future program or an alternative offering.

  • Such requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability and administrative approval.

  • Additional fees may apply.

Cancellation by CCE Finland

CCE Finland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, events, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, force majeure, or operational constraints.

In such cases:

  • Participants will be offered an alternative date, program, or format, or

  • A refund of fees paid for the canceled service, excluding non-recoverable costs where applicable

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 14–30 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

  • Any transaction or administrative fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of CCE Finland and does not establish a precedent.
