The jury assesses each submission against five benchmark pillars rooted in Finnish educational research:
1. Creativity & Innovation
Originality of pedagogical tools, problem-solving ingenuity, and differentiated learning methodologies.
2. Educational Impact
Tangible improvements in learner engagement, inclusivity, academic competence, and critical thinking.
3. Pedagogical Leadership
Ability to inspire faculty, empower learning communities, and guide institutional transformation.
4. Sustainability & Scalability
Long-term viability of the practice, transferability to diverse contexts, and resource mindfulness.
5. Evidence of Excellence
Verifiable documentation, testimonials, peer recognition, and documented empirical findings.
