Application Fee and Payment Terms
This payment represents the initial application and reservation fee required to process your registration and reserve a place in any of the below mentioned programme, teacher training, student camp, course, workshop, conference, symposium, or other educational service offered by CCE Finland.

The €100 application and reservation fee forms part of the total programme fee and will be deducted from the final invoice. Participants will only be required to pay the remaining balance.
 
The remaining programme fee must be paid by the due date specified in the invoice, registration confirmation, or service agreement. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in late payment charges, suspension of participation rights, or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
 
The application and reservation fee is generally not refundable once the registration has been confirmed and administrative processing has commenced. However, where permitted under applicable law and CCE Finland's cancellation policy, the amount paid may be credited or transferred to another CCE Finland programme or service, subject to availability, approval, and any applicable administrative charges.
 
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights that participants may have under applicable Finnish or European Union consumer protection legislation.
