Levels and Criteria

CCE Finland’s Individual Accreditation is a structured professional pathway designed to recognize and elevate educators aligned with the core values of Finnish pedagogy—equity, innovation, learner-centeredness, and wellbeing. Whether you are a classroom teacher, school leader, or mentor, this globally recognized accreditation strengthens your professional credibility and opens doors to a vibrant international community of practice.

Accreditation Levels & Criteria

CCE Finland offers a tiered pathway for educators to earn internationally recognized accreditation based on their experience, portfolio, and demonstrated commitment to child-centered pedagogy.

 

This journey supports growth from Certified Educator to Certified Mentor Educator through reflection, training, and impact.

CCE Finland Certified Educator (Provisional Level)

Ideal for experienced educators looking for formal recognition and growth opportunities through reflective practice aligned with Finnish educational principles.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 4 years of teaching or education-related experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field

  • Submission of a professional portfolio demonstrating:

    • Understanding of learner-centered and inclusive pedagogy

    • Early-stage implementation of innovation, equity, and holistic learning

Recognition:

  • Title: CCE Finland Certified Educator (Provisional Level)

  • Digital badge & certificate

  • Personalized feedback with development recommendations

  • 1 Live Feature on the official CCE Finland YouTube Channel (80,000+ subscribers)

  • Note: Can be upgraded to Mentor Educator status after completing the required training programs.
     

CCE Finland Certified Mentor Educator (Model Level)

This advanced level recognizes educators who have demonstrated mentorship, professional leadership, and impactful implementation of Finnish pedagogy.

Upgrade Requirements:

  • Completion of a minimum of 3 accredited CCE Finland training programs (choose from below)

  • Evidence of:

    • Mentoring or peer training of fellow educators

    • Implementation of Finnish pedagogical practices in the classroom/school

    • Documented impact through reports, testimonials, videos, or student outcomes

Required Training Modules (Choose any 3):

  • IFC101 – Introduction to Finnish Pedagogy

  • SEL101 – Emotional Safety and Behavior Guidance

  • 21st-Century Teaching: PBL, Assessment & Portfolios

  • AI Integration in Competency-Based Curriculum (optional fourth module)

Recognition:

  • Title: CCE Finland Certified Mentor Educator (Model Level)

  • Model-level certificate & global trainer badge

  • Opportunities to:

  • Co-train, mentor, or facilitate programs under CCE Finland

  • Publish case studies or research with CCE guidance

  • Present in global webinars, symposiums, or panel discussions

  • 2 Live Features on the CCE Finland YouTube Channel
