The CCE Finland K-12 Educational Tour offers educators and school leaders an immersive 6-day experience in the Helsinki area, exploring Finland’s world-renowned education system through classroom visits, interactive workshops, and engagement with Finnish teachers and principals.
The program focuses on student-centred learning, creative use of ICT, and phenomenon-based education, enabling participants to bring practical, research-driven insights to transform their own schools.
Educational Leadership Tour
The CCE Finland Educational Leadership Tour empowers school leaders and administrators to experience Finland’s world-renowned education system through interactive workshops, school visits, and leadership dialogues.
Focused on pedagogical leadership, teacher engagement, and innovation, the program equips participants with practical strategies to enhance teamwork, implement effective systems, and transform their institutions.
Entrepreneurship Education Tour
This program guides aspiring entrepreneurs, educators, and innovation leaders through Finland’s dynamic education and startup ecosystem. Participants engage in hands-on workshops, school and innovation-hub visits, and idea-development sessions to explore how creativity, design thinking, and entrepreneurship intersect in education.

The CCE Finland Winter Wonderland Tour is a 6-day immersive journey combining Finland’s world-class education with the magic of Lapland. Participants visit innovative Finnish schools, attend hands-on pedagogy and technology workshops, and engage in reflective learning experiences.
Alongside professional development, the tour offers unforgettable Arctic adventures — exploring Rovaniemi, experiencing Finnish culture, and witnessing the Northern Lights amid stunning winter landscapes.
Early Childhood Education Tour
This intensive 4-day tour invites early years leaders, administrators, and educators to explore Finland’s integrated “Ed & Care” model of early childhood education, where learning, upbringing, and care are unified and children’s rights are central.
Participants observe Finnish preschools and daycare centres, attend workshops on play-based, inquiry-led, and phenomenon-based pedagogy, and engage in hands-on sessions to design an action plan for their own context.
Education Technology Tour
The CCE Finland ICT in Education Tour offers educators and school leaders an in-depth look at Finland’s digitally advanced learning ecosystem through school visits and expert-led workshops.
Participants explore how technology enhances teaching and learning, focusing on digital culture, cloud tools, and student-centered innovation, while developing actionable plans for their own institutions.
