IMPORTANT POINTERS

Student Safety

Student safety and well-being are our highest priorities throughout the program.

  • 24/7 on-ground support by trained CCE Finland staff and educators throughout the program

  • Adult-to-student ratio: 1:10

  • Safe, verified accommodation with a structured daily schedule

  • Mandatory accompaniment requirement:

    • Individual students must travel with one parent or legal guardian, or

    • School participants must be accompanied by designated school teachers

    • Unaccompanied individual students are not permitted.

Travel Requirements

  • Valid passport & Schengen visa (Invitation letter provided) 

  • Mandatory travel insurance for all participants 

  • Students must be medically fit for travel and outdoor activities 

  • All participants must comply with Finland travel and safety regulations

  • Airport transfer provided at extra charge

  • Visa, insurance, airfare is not included

Pricing:

  • Special pricing for groups available

  • €2400 per student

  • (VAT 25.5% applies; airport transfer, airfare & visa excluded)
