CCE Finland Certified Educator
Building Creative, Inclusive, & Reflective Classrooms
The CCE Finland Certified Educator program recognizes teaching professionals who exemplify quality and innovation in classroom practice.
Through a comprehensive portfolio verification and evaluation process, educators’ work — including case studies, lesson plans, and teaching reflections — is reviewed by Finnish education experts. Participants receive a personalized gap analysis and professional recommendations to strengthen their pedagogical approach in line with Finnish standards.

This advanced pathway builds on the Certified Educator level and empowers participants to guide others in adopting Finnish pedagogical practices that emphasize creativity, inclusion, and well-being.
Certified Master Trainers are authorized to run CCE Finland programs, lead workshops, and train teachers under CCE’s global framework.
