Application Fee and Payment Terms – SISU Early Years Pack
This payment represents the initial application and reservation fee required to process your registration and reserve access to the SISU Early Years Pack offered by CCE Finland.
 
The application fee is payable upon submission of the application and is required to initiate review, administrative processing, and onboarding. Receipt of the application fee does not by itself guarantee acceptance, licensing, or access to the SISU Early Years Pack.
 
The remaining programme or licensing fee, where applicable, must be paid by the due date specified in the invoice, registration confirmation, quotation, or service agreement. Failure to make payment by the specified due date may result in delayed onboarding, suspension of access, cancellation of the reservation, or termination of the application process in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
 
Once the application has been accepted and administrative processing has commenced, the application and reservation fee is generally non-refundable. However, where permitted under applicable law and CCE Finland's cancellation policy, the amount paid may be credited or transferred towards another CCE Finland educational programme, product, or service, subject to availability, approval, and any applicable administrative charges.
 
The SISU Early Years Pack is an internationally recognised, all-in-one early childhood education solution inspired by Finland's world-renowned pedagogical approach. The application fee applies solely to institutions, schools, preschools, daycare centres, organisations, or individuals applying for the SISU Early Years Pack.
 
All fees are subject to applicable taxes and VAT, where required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights that participants may have under applicable Finnish or European Union consumer protection legislation.
