School visits are subject to the availability, operational requirements, and confirmation of the participating schools and programme management. The management reserves the right to *modify, reschedule, replace, or cancel any school visit at any time and under any circumstances, without prior notice*, due to factors including, but not limited to, school availability, unforeseen circumstances, administrative requirements, local conditions, or other operational considerations. In such cases, the management's decision shall be final, and no specific school visit can be guaranteed.

 

A minimum confirmed group of 10 participants is required to arrange and conduct the school visits. The school visit programme will be planned subject to the availability and confirmation of the participating schools.
