To ensure inclusive participation and academic continuity, we are offering a virtual participation option exclusively for participants residing in war-affected countries or regions facing travel restrictions due to the ongoing situation in West Asia.
Applicants from the following regions only are eligible for this consideration: Iran, Israel, and Gulf nations.
Eligible participants may present their research online and join the conference remotely, allowing them to remain engaged with the global academic community despite current travel constraints. Through this format, participants will be able to:
Present their research through a scheduled virtual presentation slot
Access live-streamed keynote sessions and expert talks from the conference
Engage with conference discussions and academic exchange from anywhere in the world
Receive official conference materials and a certificate of participation or presentation
This initiative ensures that scholars and educators from affected regions can continue contributing to the international dialogue on AI, creativity, and the future of education while participating safely and without travel-related challenges.
Option F - Virtual Conference with Paper Presentation
The participation is open to all the teachers, educators, and researchers interested in designing new apps or sharing their ideas or pedagogical know-how. Also, it's open for the students of education, IT, and education technology departments interested in helping to create the apps/services and coding. We are also encouraging government representatives who can present government, educational policies and their research.
