At CCE Finland, she contributes to school development, teacher training, and curriculum innovation across global education projects, with a strong focus on collaboration and cultural adaptability.

Heramb Kulkarni is the Director at CCE Finland, leading global education transformation by integrating Finnish pedagogy with technology and AI-driven solutions. With experience across 20+ countries, he works with governments and institutions to design scalable, future-ready education models and has contributed to training over 14,600 teachers and 500+ school leaders. A doctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, his focus includes AI in education, digital transformation, and future learning frameworks. With prior experience in global technology companies such as Nokia, Lucent Technologies, Skyworks, and Accenture, he operates at the intersection of education, policy, and innovation, while also serving as President of SEWA International Europe and Talent Ambassador for the City of Tampere.

Mikko Tapanila is an experienced education professional with a strong international perspective and a passion for collaborative learning. With a broad background in the education sector, he brings hands-on experience working with educators and institutions across different cultural contexts. Known for his engaging and practical approach, he has shared insights on Finnish education concepts such as sisu and PISA with international educators, fostering meaningful cross-cultural dialogue. A natural team player, Mikko combines adaptability, communication, and a learner’s mindset, and is driven by a desire to take on new challenges and contribute to innovative, globally connected education environments.

Saioa Prieto is an education and strategy professional at CCE Finland, leading business growth and strategic development initiatives. With a multidisciplinary background in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, and an MBA in Strategy, she works at the intersection of education, innovation, and organizational development. Her role focuses on driving strategic planning, aligning cross-functional teams, and optimizing digital growth through data analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX). Passionate about combining analytics with people-centered approaches, she is committed to translating insights into actionable strategies, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable impact while championing continuous learning.

Dr. Shirin Kulkarni is an internationally recognized psychologist and global education leader with over 20 years of experience across 60+ countries. As Co-Founder and Director of CCE Finland, she leads teacher development, curriculum innovation, and creative education initiatives grounded in Finnish pedagogy. She holds a PhD in Education from Tampere University and has contributed to global research, conferences, and publications in education and creativity. Alongside her systems work, she is a mind–body performance coach supporting resilience, well-being, and human development, bridging research, practice, and holistic learning across global education systems.

Simran Ballani is a Finland-based education strategist and leader at CCE Finland, driving business growth, strategy, and Finland accreditation systems. With a background in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, and an MBA in Strategy, she works at the intersection of education and organizational development. Her focus includes strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and digital growth through UX, CRO, and data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and leadership development, supporting schools globally to build effective, future-ready education systems.

Erin is an education and policy professional at CCE Finland, contributing to international school development projects focused on curriculum design, assessment systems, and teacher development. With an academic background in adult education and a strong interest in social justice and education policy, she focuses on translating academic knowledge into practical, real-world educational improvement. At CCE Finland, she is engaged in school development processes including gap analysis, classroom observation, and collaboration with educators and leadership teams across countries such as India, Egypt, and Vietnam. Her work supports evidence-based school transformation grounded in Finnish pedagogical principles, with a focus on equity, learning outcomes, and system-level educational development.
