Overview
These week-long immersive learning programs in Finland, offered in both Summer and Winter editions, are designed for teachers, school leaders, and education professionals who wish to experience the Finnish education system directly in its real context. Rather than learning about Finland’s approach from a distance, participants engage with the environment where education is practiced every day. During the program, educators learn directly from Finnish education experts, visit inspiring learning spaces such as the iconic Oodi Library, and explore how wellbeing, trust, and student agency shape everyday learning. Participants also gain insight into phenomenon-based learning through practical examples from Finnish schools and reflect on how these practices can be meaningfully adapted to their own educational settings. As part of the experience, participants select a one-day specialization track aligned with their interests, choosing either STEAM & Innovation for K–12 education or an Early Childhood/Preschool visit. Upon completion of the program, all participants receive a Finland School Certificate issued by CCE Finland – Council for Creative Education Finland.
