Ms. Simran Ballani is a Certified Workplace Happiness Coach, specializing in Employee Wellbeing for corporate environments. With a remarkable career spanning Education, Talent Management, and Client Servicing in APAC and US markets, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. As a gold medalist in Early Childhood Education and a Doctoral Candidate with the European International University, her research delves into social-emotional environments, focusing on how self-care leads to increased productivity and creativity in the workplace.

Currently, Ms. Simran serves as a Pedagogical Director and Communication Head at the Council for Creative Education, Finland, where she has strategically designed Employee Wellbeing programs for corporates. Her sessions encompass various aspects of personal development, mindfulness, and happiness, nurturing a positive and productive work culture. Ms. Simran's expertise has made her a sought-after resource, helping corporates enhance their employees' overall well-being and work-life balance.
